The Bees
We’ve named the green hive’s queen Beeyonce, and the yellow hive’s queen is Beeatrice.
Italian bees, they have a very docile temperament.
Watching them build out their comb and expand the hives has been one of the most interesting thing we’ve ever witnessed.
Ember
3 month old sun conure
We actually don’t know what gender he is yet.
Happy to just ride along on our shoulders as long as he is included.
Hades
Shy, chill dude. Sleeps during the day.
Has no interest in harming any humans.
He’s pretty old, though we aren’t sure exactly how old. At least 7 or 8.
Ball Python

Western Hognose
Pretends to be a rattlesnake when startled.
Red line, Het Axanthic, Het toffee belly, Het albino (fancy morph)
Plays dead if the rattle doesn’t work.
Calypso

Indoor pest control (Outdoor cats are not good for the environment!)
Most people don’t know, but cats are actually crepuscular (active at dusk/dawn), not nocturnal.
The softest kitty you will ever pet
Jinx

This species is native to a group of islands called New Caledonia, in the South Pacific
They were thought to be extinct for decades until rediscovered in 1994
Missy

Her previous owner underwent months of outpatient care, during which she was abandoned
She was severely underweight when I got her, and she had metabolic bone disease
She’s healthy now, just a senior lizard!
